Childrens Art Classes in the Alexandra Hills area of Brisbane, Queensland by professional artist and qualified art teacher Lesley Smitheringale who has over 20 years of experience as an art educator. A range of subject matter, styles and art media will be used with an emphasis on FUN and EXPERIMENTATION in a relaxed atmosphere without the pressure of assessment. Artworks will be produced using: lead pencils, watercolour pencils & watercolour paints, acrylic paint onto canvas, chalk pastels, printmaking, collage, mosaics, modeling clay and mask making. Activities will be tailored to suit the needs of individual children and not totally structured.
