Toogee Taekwondo teaches effective self defence through hard training, discipline and perseverance. We teach the Chang-Hon pattern set and follow loosely the teachings of the founder of Taekwondo Gen. Choi Hong-Hi. Toogee Taekwondo exponents learn the Self Defence applications from within the patterns, some as shown by Mr. Stuart Anslow in his book Chang Hon Taekwondo Hae Sul. Toogee Taekwondo Instructors aim to instill in all students (through regular disciplined training) the qualities of Confidence, Self Discipline, Perseverance, Honesty, Courtesy and Integrity.
