Flavours of the Valley is set on 120 acres in picturesque Kangaroo Valley just one hour from Wollongong and two hours from Sydney or Canberra (it really is worth the drive!). We aim to create an experience where people can rediscover the pleasures of gathering food and sampling international fare. Cooking is not just about the kitchen. It's also about sourcing quality seasonal ingredients to make every recipe a success. Our Food and wine Tour will take you on a feast for the senses! Visit local producers where you can sample and purchase the freshest of Valley produce, or visit our kitchen to cook up some culinary delights. Our hands on Mediterranean cooking classes focus on simple flavour filled dishes to help you recreate and enjoy the taste of the Mediterranean in your own home. All of our classes are different.
