Wing Chun at North Sydney is an internal Chinese kung fu style. Our learning is based upon the Chu Shong Tin Lineage of Wing Chun. Wing Chun is a style of Kung Fu that can be learned by any age group, male or female, and of any size and strength. The principles of Wing Chun do not require physical fitness, or a 'bully' mentality. At North Sydney we work on developing our body's own unique internal power, and applying this to the concepts and techniques of Wing Chun Kung Fu. The main focus of training is on the special and unique Wing Chun forms, and the amazing skill of Chi Sau or Sticking Hands Beginners Welcome.
